Hi Alyce,
I downloaded and purchased your Workshop but hit a problem when trying to install it. After double clicking on setup.exe, it starts but then shows a message that some system files are out of date. I click OK to update them and then let the system restart. However, after restarting, the same message and problems occur. Any ideas? I tried several times with the same result. My RegSoft order number is 11172008-44664-424. I never get to the point where I can enter the registration code. The only file mentioned is scrrun.dll but I couldn't tell if that was the problem or just the last file in the update.
