I've never received a report of this problem. I will attempt to find the cause and solution. If I cannot, I'll happily issue a refund. My research shows that this particular error has a myriad of causes, related to different versions of files in Windows itself. The change to Vista has been a huge headache to developers.
I'll let you know if I find a fix. Thanks for the detailed report. Details such as you have given are really necessary if I'm to find the cause of the problem.
Thanks.

Would not download again with the Run after end of download option (just downloaded the files) It's not a downloadable executable. You must download, then unzip the files to a temporary directory, then run the setup executable. Thanks for your further comments.

I understand your last response
However
When I do what you suggest, I think a footprint of the removed software remains
I remove software using Control Panel I delete Shortcuts, etc I download software, unzip, run Setup Start App as Administrator Get message thanking me and saying I have used product two (2) times Get message Error 380
How can I get message saying used product two times with fresh download?

To further further further
I have fixed the problem
It all has to do with Vista's User Account Controls
I went to Start Menu Control Panel User Accounts Turn User Account Control on or off Deselected - Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer Selected Ok Restarted Computer
(Also should check any anti-virus software to ensure it does not turn UAC back on)

How can I get message saying used product two times with fresh download? Consider this. If somebody wanted to avoid paying a registration fee, he could simply do a fresh download and get full access to the program... multiple times. Since it is shareware, I've limited it to 15 uses. After that time, the program still works, but some features are removed. To assure that removing/reinstalling the program won't allow users to continue using all of the features indefinitely, LBW saves the usage information on your system. This is common practice for shareware applications.

Never received the downloaded file How about that There are no files that download automatically to your computer. You must download the installation program here: alycesrestaurant.com/workshop.htm#downloadAfter downloading the zipped archive, unzip it to a temporary folder and run the setup executable. I'm sorry you are having so many problems, and I'll say again that I'll happily give you a refund if you cannot get LBWorkshop working to your satisfaction. Thanks for your patience.
