Install Error 4.9.4

Wanted to give this a try for my classes, but could not get past the same error that was reported before. Says my system files are out of date, and need to restart before completing setup. Have done this three times (twice with AV turned off). Nothing installs. I am sure that there is a fix, so just let me know. joesuttle_at_attglobal_dot_net

If you are having trouble using the regular installation package, download, unzip and run the small installation package:
