Path File access error

Dear,
My system: W7ultimate
LBW 4.9.4 just downloaded and registered
No items in my Register
LB 4.0.4 installed
No way to run LBW, canceling, unistalling, reinstalling ....
The actual path is:
C:\Programmi (Program Files)\LB Workshop\lbworkshop.exe
Into the same folder:
LBWorkshop.chm - lbworkshop.exe.maniferst - LBW Tutor.chm - ST6UNST.LOG.

I've received other reports that LBWorkshop does not run properly on Windows 7. I do not have access to Windows 7, so I cannot isolate the problem.

LBWorkshop allows you to use it for a while before you decide to register. If you had tried it first you would have found that it won't run on your computer and you would not have registered.

Since you registered LBW before installing it, and it doesn't work for you, I've issued a refund. You should receive notification shortly from regsoft. If you do not receive your refund in the next day, please let me know.

So, the money refound it is not so important as the capacity to work with a running release... but I lost the old release that I've installed to try.
Please, Alyce, if you suggest as download a previous release, I quietly wait the bug fixed release.

I'm sorry, but there is no version that works reliably with Windows 7. I will work on an update and attempt to fix the problem. If a new version is released, I will announce it on this forum. Thanks for your patience.

Dear Alice, I very appreciate your remboursement, but I verified that your 4.9.4 release run in W7 fixing the compatibility as XP (3). And I have signed a new order.
