I am using line numbers in a program that is over 1000 lines long. I went into the options dialog to turn on the "prompt for saving when exiting" option. When I clicked on the radio button and then the Apply button, all of the line numbers dropped down to a maximum of two digits long. 
I selected other options and the same result occurred. I even toggled the line numbers off and back on, but they still were only a max of two digits.
The numbers went from 00 to 99 and kept repeating that way until the end of the program with the first set of numbers being from 1 to 99. The only way I could get them back to normal size was to either exit LBW and reenter or close and open my program.
