I noticed that sometimes when I used Find with Replace All it did not change any of the text above the current cursor position, even though I selected the From Start option.
After further experimenting, I noticed that it only did this if either or both of the Whole Word or Case Sensitive options were selected.
I am using version 4.9.5 of Liberty Basic Workshop and Windows XP.
