The most recent update to Windows XP appears to cause a conflict with the Scintilla code editing component in LBWorkshop.
I will try to update LBW to fix this problem, but I'm unable to look into it for a few weeks.
My sincere apologies to any of you who are inconvenienced by this.

I don't understand what "not compiling" means. LBWorkshop does not compile code. Code is sent to Liberty BASIC to compile and run. Please describe exactly what you are doing and what happens incorrectly.
Thanks.

After setting up a device and you are going to RUN it, to produce the code. The program goes to ERROR “Invalid procedure call or argument” After that ERROR “creating file to run” and no code is produced The program was working for the last 2 years. Thanks Ralph

Try selecting the entire code window, copying to the clipboard, and pasting into Liberty BASIC. I'm sorry to say that LBWorkshop is coming to the end of its useful life. The language in which it is written has not been supported for many years. Any updates now would require a complete rewrite in a new language. That is not feasible. I am very sorry this is the case.
