Hi Alyce......I downloaded the color picker from your site. It gives me a number of the color I picked. I'm trying to get some color on your testboxes sample. What do I do with the number?
I ran a quick try and I can call up the Thistle textboxes.exe from inside an LB program with no problem. I'm running Win 7. If I could add some color, I'd be chopping in high cotton! ;D

There are not commands or settings to change colors. Thistle-Win does not have a richedit control, which would be required to display colored text and backgrounds. All capabilities of controls are listed on the "controls" page in the help file. I guess you cannot easily access old-style Windows help files in Win7, though. We still offer Thistle and Thistle-Win for download, but we have not updated or supported them for many years. Sorry!

Thanks Alyce. It took me a couple of reads to grasp what you said but I'm dumb in that way. But I did learn that you have 2 different Thistles.....one for Windows.
I really like the program. It's fast!
