If the OPTIONS > Preferences > Editor > prompt for comments at close box is ticked, the comments are only asked for if the file has not been saved when the EXIT is clicked, ie if the file is first saved by clicking the floppy disk icon, then EXIT is clicked, the dialog box requesting the comments does not appear.
Secondly, if the comments at close are entered, they are placed at the top of the code file, ahead of the 'includes if used. The 'includes must by placed on the first line, so the file has to be edited to move the 'includes back to the first line every time that the comments at close are used.
