Purchased Workshop + Ebook - Now what?

Hi! Really excited about starting to program with the Workshop and LB.

On to my question:

I clicked the link to purchase the tool + Ebook with Paypal using Regsoft. I completed the whole thing and got a confirmation from paypal that the payment went through. I got another email from regsoft with a link to get a status of my order, and that status is still on processing after 30 minutes.

Is that a normal behavior? Or should I contact Regsoft?
